I followed the installation instructions and everything seemed to work well (i.e. the AMA now shows under the available styles), however, the bibliography preview under 'manage references' looks messed up and does not display correctly (as the other styles do). Any reports of this problem or potential solutions?

i have followed the guides in this forum to remove the brackets in citations and also made used of macros to superscript the citations. Unfortunately, there is still spacing before the citation numbers.

I am trying to do the same as Martin91x, so grouping the source first after SourceType, then after Reference order, using the IEEE style on Mac Word 2011.

(I would guess I have to apply some changes to the create-sortkey-template at the very end of the code...)

If your style does not show up in the dropdown, then it is most likely because your xslt is not a well formed XML document. Probably you forgot to close a tag somewhere. If you have access to an xml editor, it might be usefull to check the file in there to see if it is well formed.

I am using IEEE-Alphabetical order reference style in Word 2013 to insert the references in my paper , when i check the master list in the reference functions , they are already in order and it put it in the documents it is in the order but it the second name first instead of the first name which makes it does not seem to be in alphabetical order

I don't really understand the issue. Sorting is always done on last name, never on first name. Even when first name is displayed first. If that is not what you want, you will have to adapt the sortkey to include the first name.
In case I'm misinterpreting the issue, can you provide an example document illustrating the problem?
