This site has been great so far, glad to have a Vancouver XSL to use.
It's perfect except for the citations. I want them to appear superscript in-text. I read your FAQ workaround here:
http://bibword.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Styles_FAQ#Q9
However, as somewhat of an amateur, I don't know what to do with that macro (or even what a macro is)! I opened the XSL file in Visual Studio 2005, Wordpad etc but I really don't know what I'm doing (even after a lot og googling!)! Could you take me through it step-by-step how to alter the referencing style in word to allow Vancouver citations to appear superscript?
I realise it's a limitation of Word and this is the only workaround, but I just don't know how to go about it. I can superscript all the citations manually, but there are a lot of them!
Any help appreciated. Thanks.
