Created Unassigned: Bibliography extension failed - word 2013 file [11893]

Hello,

when I run BibWordExtender2 and press "extend" button (word 2013 docx file) error occurs "Bibliography extension failed" (see attached screenshot) and nothing happens.

Do you have any idea what's wrong?
