New Post: cut authors in citation

Hey, first of all, I've to say that you did a great job with BibWord.
And secondly, I need help. I want to make my own style from modified Harvard Anglia..

In citation, instead of [Mehdi, 2005] I need it to appear [Meh-05].
So the citation cutdown the name of the first outhor to the first three letters and cut the year to the last 2 digits.

Anyone can help me please? Thanks a bunch
