Commented Issue: Locked Folder [10561]

I have a 64 bit machine and I downloaded the Vancouver style reference code and cannot access it because it is locked. How do I unlock it?

Sorry for delay in reply,

I mean I download the file and save it to the following location on my machine:

program files (x86)/microsoft office/office14/bibliography/style

The referencing style doesn't appear in word, noe can i find it in the above location.

However, when I come to download a new version, in the window where I can choose the location to save the file, the first verion is there, but has a little padlock symbol on the image next to its name.

Just to reiterate, I am downloading the Vancouver style onto a 64-bit machine
