New Comment on "Styles"

Hi . for more than 3 days,i am looking for a citation style(Specially XSL) which when the authors are more than 2 people, shows the citation with " et al " .for example: (Grant et al, 1999) I also used all the styles which presented in this page , but none of them was the appropriate.I am in a greaaaaat need of that.
